Who said the recipes was perfect the first time? Here are the changes I made to this Tofu Lasagna recipe that now drop dead delicious!
Add to the sauce mixture…
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. low fat ricotta
- 1 sautéed zucchini
- 1 ½ c. sautéed mushrooms
- Good sized handful of fresh spinach or ½ a bag of frozen
- Increased the spaghetti sauce to 2 cups
- Increased salt to 1/2 teaspoon
