Yesterday marked the launch of Meatless Monday at contemporary Italian fine dining destination SD26 Restaurant & Wine Bar! The MM team stopped by to celebrate as Chef Matteo Bergamini served up the best of spring’s bounty in meatless dishes like Spaghetti alla Chitarra and Vignarola.
